A Month in Photos - December
I’m finally getting around to sharing my favourite photos from December. I’m still trying to figure out my posting schedule, so thank you for bearing with me.
Last month was very crazy for me as can be expected from December. I changed my hair up, spent some time outside, although it was cold, and worked at my two jobs. I didn’t have any days left to book off as I used them all up throughout the year, so I was one of the few people who came to the office during the holiday season. I quite enjoyed the half-empty busses and the quick bus rides.
December was a really cold and gloomy month as you will see from the pictures. I'm just happy that the days have gotten longer now.
Another thing I want to mention is that I have decided to stop publishing "a Month in Photos" posts. I tried it for 6 months, and I feel that I am ready to try something new. I did not enjoy the pressure of trying to get a post out at the beginning of each month, and I feel that I can utilize that time to work on other interesting posts. I will still publish my photos, but this time, under a different theme, such as winter, trees, etc.
So let's dive right in to the last a month in photos post:
A couple of months ago, my city has finally got its own sign, just like many other cities in Canada have. I really like the colour combination of white and blue, just like the colours of my home country. It was -30 Celsius outside when I took this picture.
This was taken during those last days of the month when the streets were almost empty and most people took those days off work. It was probably -35 outside.
Downtown Winnipeg on a cold Wintery day.
Sometimes going for a walk in the city when it's -30 something outside is not that bad. The lights have sure made it worth it.
A selfie from the day after I got my hair done last month. I absolutely love it! I went a little darker if you can't tell :P
Last but not least, I absolutely love this reflection picture. There is so much going on. You can see the reflection of the person that I was with, then on the bottom there is the couple who is skating, on the right side you can see a group of friends, and in the background you can see a reflection of the coffee shop I was at.
This is it dear friends.
As always, thank you for checking the post out. Please let me know in the comments below which picture was your favourite.
